THE HOUSE / SYAVEL
Collect freely. Remain private.
Visibility begins as a choice, not an obligation.
BROWSING
No account is required to browse. This public preview installs no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies. If accounts are configured, Supabase processes account credentials and stores essential session cookies. The local demonstration workspace uses page memory only. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information; a production policy must describe the selected host and retention practices.
OWNERSHIP
Purchases, ownership transfers, and licensed file delivery are not active. The one-of-one catalog identities are unlaunched previews, not proof of a sale, exclusive rights, or a completed ownership record. Future licenses must define reproduction, display, and transfer rights before purchase.
FUTURE PRIVACY
Future collector profiles are designed around chosen aliases and private-by-default settings. Public profiles, rankings and selected artworks require separate opt-in preferences. Account export and deletion review require a verified session and a configured backend. A deletion request is not confirmation of completed erasure. Absolute anonymity is not promised. Payment services may require identity checks, and public blockchains can reveal transaction information. Blockchain and NFT features are optional future possibilities; no wallet or token functionality is active.
ANALYTICS
Future analytics need review against these promises. Use aggregated page and referral counts without personal profiles, full query strings, wallet addresses or cross-site identifiers. No tracking is enabled today.
